Manual Fulfill Option for Mobile Transfer Orders
If for some reason Victory Live is unable to auto-transfer an order and you can't push the transfer through in the Order Manager using the Mobile Fulfill option, you will need to manually transfer the tickets.
Once you have manually transferred the tickets to the exchange, you may want to mark the order as transferred in the Order Manager to make sure you or your team members know the order no longer needs action and that it has indeed been fulfilled.
- You can edit the mobile recipient detail on the order if needed
You will have the option to upload your own links and screenshots/proof of transfer on the order and they will be sent to the respective marketplace to ensure the order is marked as complete in the marketplace portal
- This action will also mark the order fulfilled in Victory Live with a green checkmark, as well as update the status to 'Complete' in the POS
**NOTE: If you are uploading your own screenshot for proof, please be aware this does not make it to permanent storage on the Victory Live backend. We advise saving the screenshot to your desktop somewhere for your reference in case you are unable to obtain it via the dashboard anymore.
