Manual Download Mode
- Locate the date(s) you wish to download and click the drop-down to view your inventory. Once you have selected the seats you wish to download, click Download.
Automatic Download Mode
- To enable automatic download, you will need to enable "automatic download" option underneath the "edit account"
option within the Account Overview.
- Once your accounts have been saved, the process will queue up the account to pull seat data. When the list is complete, it will display all your seat data underneath the Seat Overview.
- Since the account is set up to download automatically, the process will queue up and seats that provide PDFs automatically. You can now monitor the download progress underneath the Activity Stream.

- While the Season Seat Downloader is one of Logitix’s most empowering features, there are necessary precautions you must take when entering the Automatic Download mode. It is important to know whether any number of seats have been downloaded manually before enabling the Automatic Download feature as this may result in barcodes being regenerated. Regenerating a barcode will invalidate the original, resulting in the original ticket holder being denied event access. The Logitix software contains no record of seats downloaded manually prior to enabling the Automatic Download feature, thus it is highly recommended that you use caution when utilizing the Season Seat Downloader if you have downloaded seats using another method already.
