- From your Logitix homepage, navigate to the Ticket Manager.

- In the search field, type the name of the team or event you wish to upload tickets for and select it from the list. A list of all events matching your search will appear. Once you've located a specific event in the list, simply click it.

- Select the PDF/Barcode Maintenance
for the ticket group you wish to upload PDFs to.

- Click the Add PDFs button that will appear on the right.

- In the pop-up window, click Browse to search for your PDFs.
- Select the desired PDFs and click Open.
- Once the upload has been completed, a new pop-up window will appear (example below). From the drop-down menu, select the corresponding seat numbers for the PDF you are viewing.
- Once you've made the appropriate selection, the selected seat will be removed from the drop down and you may repeat this process for the remaining PDFs.
- When you are ready to proceed, click Update to begin attachment.
