Below are the steps you should take when you either see the hourglass symbol () on an order in the Order Manager or if you receive a Hold Release notification from us on a StubHub or Tickets Now order.
1. Search for order in marketplace portal.
2. If the order is not there, you do not have to take any further actions. If the order is there then you should go back to your POS and place those tickets on hold/unshare them as soon as possible.
3. If you are not already signed up to receive a notification for Hold Releases, you can do so by selecting your username in the VL Dashboard, selecting Notification subscriptions, selecting the Order Manager tab, and flipping the switch under "Is Email Subscribed" for "Sell Order Release Hold Requested". If you are unsure how to go about doing this, you can always reach out to support and we can enable it for you as well.
