Victory Live offers a range of notifications that users can subscribe to in order to receive important status updates and alerts, enabling them to stay well-informed about their business operations.
How to Subscribe
- In the member's dashboard, navigate to your name located in the left panel, then click on Notification Subscriptions
- There will be a series of tabs based on the different component areas and processes in the dashboard. Select one to see the available notifications
- To subscribe to a notification toggle the switch for the desired alerts via the 'Is Email Subscribed' column
**Note: The notifications you subscribe to will be sent to the email address registered to your Victory Live user.
If you wish to use a different email address to receive notifications, you can create a user in System Settings>>Manage Users, and assign it the email address you prefer, then login and subscribe to notifications as mentioned above.
Presented below are the descriptions of the fundamental notifications that users should enable to guarantee optimal performance when utilizing the system.
Order Notifications
- Sell Order Abandon - when an order does not receive response from marketplace API to continue processing but order may have already completed as guaranteed sale in marketplace portal. See this article here for more on how to handle these cases.
- Sell Order Release Hold Requested - when the system releases the hold on an order and does not invoice or confirm further
- Sell Order Acknowledged Successful - when the system receives a sale from the marketplace API and successfully invoices and confirms the sale
- Sell Order Fulfilled Successful - when the system successfully fulfills an order and delivers the tickets to the end customer
- Order Confirmation Failure - when the system is unable to confirm the sale on the marketplace side
- Order Fulfill Failure - when the system is unable to fulfill the sale regardless of shipping method type
- In Hand Date Reminder Notify Client - reminds user of in hand date on the order and that fulfillment is due soon
- Fulfill Reminder Notify Client - when the system reminds user that the order needs to be fulfilled to avoid marketplace cancellation
- Sell Order Hold Successful - when the system successfully places tickets on hold for the sale
- Order Price Threshold Validation Failure - when the system notes the price received on the sale is a certain % lower than what that ticket group was last priced at in the POS before going on hold, the system ceases to process the sale further. (the % can be set in your order settings per marketplace)
- Mobile Transfer Successful - when the system successfully transfers the tickets to the end buyer
- Mobile Transfer Failure - when the system fails to transfer the tickets to the end buyer, or the system is unaware the tickets successfully made it to the end buyer due to communication issue

Order Confirm Failure - when the system fails to confirm the sale on the marketplace portal
