Apply one of the following notes in the internal note field on the ticket group. It is mandatory to apply any of the notes below in order to fulfill an order via SMP when the order occurs. If the internal notes aren’t applied at the time of the order, the order will use traditional means of fulfillment once the invoice is created. Please note: SMP integrations are only compatible with Ticketmaster.
Here is a list of the following notes that can be applied:
Note "1tmd-only" or “tixurl-only”
Fulfilment will ONLY try to deliver via SMP. It will never attempt transfer from traditional means.
Note "1tmd-1st" or “tixurl-1st”
Fulfilment will try to delivery via SMP immediately. If SMP isn't possible we will fall back to attempting to deliver via transfer.
Note "1tmd-last###" or “tixurl-last###”
Fulfillment will try to transfer to fill the sale first. If transfer fails we will try SMP after the specified number of minutes has passed. You MUST have a number at the end of the note.
For example, for the note "1tmd-last90", we would only attempt SMP delivery after 90 minutes has passed since the sale was received. "1tmd-last1440" means that we would only attempt SMP delivery after one full day (1,440 minutes) has passed since the sale was received.
Note "1tmd-no" or “tixurl-no”
We will NEVER use SMP to deliver the tickets.
