Managing Inventory Using Internal & External Notes
There are many different ways to alter your ticketing inventory by using internal notes. Each listing within a POS has its own internal and external note section. Some POSs may call these areas private and public notes as well. The purpose of 'Internal' or 'Private' notes is to provide any internal disclosures on listings that only the ticket reseller, their employees/team, and their third party automation (Victory Live) can view. 'External' or 'Public' notes are disclosures that are always going to be visible by not only internal users/VL1, but also to the marketplaces, and the customer/buyer of the inventory on those marketplaces.
