From your Victory Live Dashboard, click on the Purchase Manager tab on the left panel
- Once on the Purchase Manager page, select Accounts at the top menu and click +Add Account.
- Click on the Select a Marketplace drop-down, Account Nickname (optional), add account Username, and account Password.
- If you would like the account to be enabled for TM Sync and eligible for mobile transfers, then you will need to also add your TM broker ID and API Token. If you are unsure what they are, reach out to vl1support@victorylive.com for further assistance. Lastly, click Add.
New Ticketmaster Account Sync
Now that we are fully integrated with the Ticketmaster API, you will no longer have to click to run your Ticketmaster primary purchase accounts. The purchases made on these accounts will be sent to us via the TM API open stream.
However, there may be times when some purchases fail to get retrieved automatically. If that occurs and you are unable to find a specific purchase, you can click the Request Account Run button to trigger a crawl on the last 7 days worth of purchases.
If the purchase was made longer than 7 days ago, you can reach out to support to run a custom history crawl on the admin side.
**Note: You will need to ensure your account credentials are updated and valid. Any accounts with passwords not up to date may result in missed purchases.
