- Once logged into Logitix, click the Purchase Manager link found on the left hand side. Logitix currently supports purchases from TicketMaster, AXS, Telecharge, Ticketfly. If you do not see your purchases, simply go to the account page and click Request Download (for more information on this process, refer to our article on How to Add Ticketmaster to Your Purchase Accounts).
- Use the search field located at the top of the page to search for a specific order.

There are four columns containing various icons for each order in the Purchase Manager. (example below)
- The first column indicates which marketplace the order was placed on.
- The second column allows you to create purchase orders. If the column contains this icon:
, you can click it to create the PO.
- An arrow will appear in the third column once the PO has been created and will let you load PDFs into your POS and/or Logitix.
- The fourth column identifies the delivery method e.g. eTicket, FedEx or UPS.
- Locate the purchase that is pending a PO using the search box.
- Once you've tracked down the purchase, click the page icon (
in the second column to create the PO.
- A progress wheel will appear indicating that your PO is processing.

A thumbs-up icon indicates that the process has been successfully completed.
