Email Forwarding
In order to successfully manage secondary purchases, we need to ensure the buys are making their way over and into our system. For that to happen, the purchased confirmation emails you receive from select exchanges will need to be forwarded to the email we create and provide to you when you are enabled. Below are a few exchanges whose confirmations will need to be forwarded.
Exchanges
- Ticket Evolution(purchases and sales)
- AXS (purchases)
- Altitude (purchases)
- Etix (purchases)
- Telecharge (purchases)
- TicketFly (purchases)
- Tickets.com(purchases)
- Generic Purchases (venues/secondaries)

How to Set Up Forwarding in Gmail Account
1. Log in to the email you want to forward from and click on the settings icon in the top right.
2. Once in settings, click on “forwarding and POP/IMAP” followed by “add a forwarding address.
3. Add address you would like to forward emails to. Then click “Next.”
4. Click save changes at the bottom.
5. An email will get sent to the address added asking to confirm the forwarding rule. You can then finalize the forwarding rule by retrieving the email from the recipient email address to confirm the forwarding. You can also supply the 9-digit security code that is included in the email to confirm the address as well.
6. Once the email has been confirmed, navigate back to the main gmail to turn on the forwarding option. Click save changes to finish.
