Accessing the Purchase Manager
Click the Purchase Manager link on the navigation pane.
The Purchase Manager loads by default with a list of your most recent purchases with the newest orders at the top of the list.
There are a few different tabs in the Purchase Manager.
- Purchases
- PO Profiles
- Accounts
- Manual PO
- Logitix Live Purchases (To Be Discontinued)
Some notes about buying in inventory through the Purchase Manager:
- When trying to get a purchase to buy in/PO, if you receive an error that says something like, "Error creating PO: Event Not Found in POS", this is usually an indication that the venue may need to be mapped or the venue needs to be edited in the Purchase Manager. When you edit the venue, you want to make sure that the venue name shown when you click on the black caret arrow to open up the purchase, matches the name of the venue shown on the order before you open it up.
- If you PO an order and you notice that the button to view the PDFs is not available and there is an exclamation point to the left of the thumbs up icon, that means there is a delivery delay on those tickets and they will populate once that delivery delay is lifted.
- In order for AP to buy in inventory from different exchanges, there has to be a PO profile created for that specific marketplace, either a default or a customized one for a specific account.
- If an order is not showing in the Purchase Manager for a Ticketmaster account, make sure that you check the TM account email in the Accounts tab to verify the account has been run recently. If it has not, you can request an account run to pull any purchases that have not come over from that account. Also, make sure the credentials for the account are valid.
