Converting to PDF Order

There will be some cases where the marketplace may send a shipping method of Mobile Transfer instead of Mobile QR or E-Ticket. To change the fulfillment type on these orders, you can click the Edit button, and there will be a Convert to PDF Order button.

This will change the shipping method on the order so you can upload Mobile QRs/PDFs and fill the order. 

***NOTE: You may need to reach out to the marketplace to have them switch the delivery method in their portal before fulfilling in the Order Manager otherwise they may not receive the tickets.
