Order Status
Internal Status
The order status is the current state the order is in. You can not edit or change the Order Status, except in the instance you are using the manual fulfill option to mark an order fulfilled after manually transferring.
It is important to keep on eye on this status because there are a few cases where you may need to take action. If the order is not in a confirmed or fulfilled status, you may need to check on it. Below are the order statuses.

| Abandoned*** |
***Note: An Abandoned order on the Victory Live's end means the marketplace has not come back to invoice out seats for the order within our 15-minute window. The order will cease to process beyond this point on the AP side and we will release the hold on those requested seats. But it is important to ALWAYS check the marketplace end to see if it is a valid order on their side because you do not want to risk a double sale. |
|
| Canceled | The order has been canceled either on the marketplace side or AP side, the status message will give further detail. | |
| Confirmed | The order has been confirmed as a guaranteed sale on the marketplace side. | |
| Fulfilled | When the tickets requested for the order have been delivered to the marketplace/customer. | |
| Get Marketplace Order Details | The processing phase in which the system goes and obtains the order information from the marketplace to send to the POS. | |
| Held/Hold Requested | The system automatically goes to the Point of Sale to reserve the tickets requested for the marketplace order. | |
| Invalid Inventory | This error means the inventory requested on the order is not matching what is in the POS. You will usually see this when tickets have been delisted from an exchange. | |
| Invoiced | When we sell the tickets out of the Point of Sale for an order. | |
| Order Rejected | When the order is rejected from the marketplace or auto rejected by our system. |

Marking an Order Complete
Manually marking an order complete in the Order Manager means there is no further action needed on the order it was either auto-filled or manually filled by a user. This will also mark the order as complete in the point of sales that require that. You can mark an order complete in 2 different ways. You can use the method mentioned above my editing the order, or you can click on the Mark As Complete button highlighted below.
Once you click on it you will get confirmation the order status has changed to complete.
Cannot Find (Find Replacements)
If a marketplace sends over an order for seats that have already been sold or do not match any inventory in the POS, Victory Live will display a red question mark next to the order this is a Cannot Find. The fulfillment option will be replaced with the Find Replacement Tickets button.
After selecting the replacements to sell out on the order, click update and the system will proceed to invoice out the selected seats.
