Accessing the Order Manager
Click the Order Manager link on the navigation pane.
The Order Manager loads a list of your most recent orders with the newest orders at the top of the list by default.
1. Status Icons
- Marketplace - website tickets were sold to
- Order Status - current state of order on the marketplace's side
- Internal Order Status - current state of the order on the point-of-sale side

Shipping Method - delivery option used to deliver the seats
2. Search Filters
- Search Field - Narrow your search by inputting a specific order id, invoice, event name, or venue
- Search Dates - Narrow your search by setting a range of either event or order creation dates
- Select a Marketplace - Narrow your search by only showing a specific marketplace
- Select an Order Status - Search by the status of the order confirmed, fulfilled, canceled etc.
- Select an Internal Status - Search by an internally set status
- Select a Fulfillment type – Narrow your results by shipping/fulfillment type
- Reset – Resets all the search criteria to default
- Search Affiliate - For consignment internal usage
3. Column Filtering & Auto-Refresh
- Column Filtering- Allows you to filter columns to populate only specific data
- Auto-refresh - Updates/Refreshes page automatically to populate new information
4. Order Actions
Order Actions– various options to interact with an order to make changes. Click here to review our guide explaining order statuses in further detail.
5. Page View Options
CSV – Can export current results to CSV file for reports
Edit Columns – Can edit the columns that are currently displaying
Refresh – Refreshes the grid to reflect any changes or updatesExpand/Shrink – Expands or shrinks the grid
